The Workbench Manual belongs to the real Search for Manual objective. Official patch notes confirm the task and show that it previously had a repeat-state bug, but they do not publish one universal room, container, or map coordinate.

1. Select the Search for Manual objective and read its current destination text.
2. Travel to the marked exploration area.
3. Search interactable containers and document-like objects methodically.
4. Watch for the objective state to change, not only for an inventory icon.
5. Return and continue the workbench objective exactly as prompted.

Why Old Coordinates Can Fail

The game changed rapidly after launch, and objective logic can depend on character, cycle, prior interaction, and version. A coordinate from another save may be incomplete or obsolete. This guide does not invent a fixed location that the official source does not confirm.

If Search for Manual Is Stuck

• update to the latest build;
